The Explorer’s New Year Hike this year was a lucky 13 miler starting at a lay-by just up from the ‘Grouse’ taking in Mill Hill, Kinder Downfall, Edale Cross, Kinder Reservoir and the Intakes.
Fresh and breezy on the tops with some spells of mist but no problem for the dogs and walkers – even those who were at the Group Dinner the night before!
